Ry8 Studios provides digital services including but not limited to:

• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Social media management & content creation
• Video editing & creative production
• AI chatbot development and automation

Service timelines, deliverables, revisions, and costs will be clearly communicated in writing (email, WhatsApp, proposal, or agreement).

4. Project Timelines & Revisions

All timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on:

• Project complexity
• Client response times
• Third-party dependencies

Revisions are limited to the number agreed upon in the proposal or project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Payments & Billing

By working with Ry8 Studios, you agree to the following payment terms:

• Payments must be made on time as per the agreed invoice or milestone schedule.
• Work will only begin after the initial deposit (usually 50%) is received.
• Final files, website handover, or access credentials will be delivered only after full payment is made.
• Late payments may delay project timelines.

No refunds will be issued once work has begun or any deliverables have been provided.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information, content, text, images, or materials needed for the project.
• Respond in a timely manner to avoid delays.
• Ensure they have rights to the content they provide (images, videos, text, logos).

Ry8 Studios is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or slow responses.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ry8 Studios retains rights to draft concepts, templates, development files, and internal assets until the project is fully paid.
• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client.
• We may display completed work in our portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

8. Use of Third-Party Tools

Some services may require third-party platforms such as hosting providers, payment gateways, SEO tools, automation apps, etc. Clients are responsible for any subscriptions, renewals, or third-party fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project-related information confidential. Ry8 Studios will not disclose client data or project material to third parties except as needed to deliver the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ry8 Studios is not liable for:

• Losses due to hosting issues, downtime, or third-party service failures
• SEO ranking drops caused by search engine algorithm changes
• Social media bans or restrictions caused by platform policies
• Loss of data due to client mishandling or lack of backups
• Damages arising from improper use of deliverables

Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount the client paid for the service.

11. Termination Policy

Ry8 Studios reserves the right to terminate any project if the client:

• Fails to communicate for more than 14 days
• Delays payments
• Requests unethical or illegal work
• Behaves in a disrespectful or abusive manner

In such cases, all deposits are non-refundable.

12. Changes to Terms

Ry8 Studios may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved under Sri Lankan jurisdiction.
