02Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, contacting us, or entering into a service agreement with ry8 digital, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

03Services Offered

ry8 digital provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Web design & development
• SEO
• Social media management & content creation
• Video editing & creative production
• AI chatbot development and automation

04Project Timelines & Revisions

All timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, client response times, and third-party dependencies.

Revisions are limited to the number agreed upon in the proposal or project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

05Payments & Billing

• Payments must be made on time as per the agreed invoice or milestone schedule.
• Work will only begin after the initial deposit is received.
• Final files, website handover, or access credentials will be delivered only after full payment is made.
• Late payments may delay project timelines.

No refunds will be issued once work has begun or any deliverables have been provided.

06Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content, text, images, or materials needed for the project.
• Respond in a timely manner to avoid delays.
• Ensure they have rights to the content they provide.

07Intellectual Property

• ry8 digital retains rights to draft concepts, templates, development files, and internal assets until the project is fully paid.
• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client.
• We may display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

08Use of Third-Party Tools

Some services may require third-party platforms such as hosting providers, payment gateways, SEO tools, and automation apps. Clients are responsible for any third-party fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

09Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project-related information confidential. ry8 digital will not disclose client data or project material to third parties except as needed to deliver the service.

10Limitation of Liability

• Losses due to hosting issues, downtime, or third-party service failures
• SEO ranking drops caused by search engine algorithm changes
• Social media bans or restrictions caused by platform policies
• Loss of data due to client mishandling or lack of backups

Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount the client paid for the service.

11Termination Policy

ry8 digital reserves the right to terminate any project if the client fails to communicate, delays payments, requests unethical work, or behaves abusively.

12Changes to Terms

ry8 digital may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.

13Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved under Sri Lankan jurisdiction.
